These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Cróga website and the purchase of products from it. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Us

Croga is a brand name jointly owned by Complex Nutrition Limited, registered in Ireland (Company No. 568930), having its registered address at Unit 36, Navan Enterprise Centre, Trim Road, Navan, Co. Meath, C15 XKT3 (“Complex Nutrition”) and Le Cheile Promotions Limited, a limited company registered in Ireland, with Company Number 503089, whose registered office is at Pairc An Chrocaigh, Dublin 3 (“Le Cheile”). 2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to place orders.

3. Products

All products are subject to availability. Product descriptions, images and specifications are provided for information purposes only. Nutritional supplements should be used in accordance with product instructions and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease.

4. Orders

An order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we send an order confirmation email accepting your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in Euro unless otherwise stated and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown during checkout. Payment must be made at the time of ordering using the payment methods offered on the website.

6. Delivery

Estimated delivery times are indicative only. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Ownership transfers when full payment has been received.

7. Consumer Cancellation Rights

Consumers in the EU/EEA have the right to cancel most distance contracts within 14 days without giving reasons, subject to statutory exceptions, including sealed products unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

8. Returns and Refunds

Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied products may be returned in accordance with Irish consumer law. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

9. Statutory Rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any statutory rights available to consumers under applicable Irish or EU law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2022.

10. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including text, graphics, logos and images, is owned by or licensed to Cróga (Complex Nutrition Limited and Le Cheile Promotions Limited) and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

12. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the website, introduce malicious code, interfere with its operation, or infringe the rights of others.

13. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to the foregoing, our liability shall be limited to the purchase price of the relevant products.

14. Privacy

Personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

15. Changes to Terms

We may amend these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published on the website with a revised effective date.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Ireland. The courts of Ireland shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
