Cróga Cash Draw Terms & Conditions
Updated 23 June 2026
- The CRÓGA Cash Draw ("the Draw") is operated by Complex Nutrition Ltd. trading as CRÓGA ("the Promoter"), whose registered office is Complex Nutrition Ltd T/A, Nuvion Nutrition, Unit 36, Navan Enterprise Centre, Trim Road, Navan, Co. Meath, C15 XKT3, Ireland.
- The Draw is open to residents of Ireland and Northern Ireland aged 18 years or over, excluding employees, contractors, agents of the Promoter and their immediate family members.
- Every €1 spent on products purchased through the CRÓGA website qualifies for one entry into the Draw. For example, a purchase of €60 qualifies for 60 entries into the Draw for the nominated Club.
- To participate in the Draw, the purchaser must nominate a registered GAA Club on the Island of Ireland (which, for the purposes of this draw, includes LGFA and Camogie clubs) at the time of checkout. Entries cannot be allocated or transferred to another Club after the purchase has been completed.
- Entries are automatically allocated to the quarterly Draw corresponding to the date of purchase. Draw periods are as follows:
- 1 January - 31 March
- 1 April - 30 June
- 1 July - 30 September
- 1 October - 31 December
- A prize of €1,000 will be awarded each quarter to the winning nominated Club. The prize constitutes a donation from the Promoter to the winning Club. Entrants do not receive any personal financial benefit from participation in the Draw.
- The winning Club will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the relevant Draw period. The random selection process will be conducted using a verifiable method, and the Promoter may make details of the selection process available upon reasonable request.
- The Draw will take place within the first two weeks following the end of each quarterly Draw period.
- The winning Club and the entrant associated with the winning entry will be notified using the contact details provided at the time of purchase.
- If the winning Club cannot be contacted within 28 days, declines the prize, is no longer operational, or is otherwise unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winning Club from the remaining valid entries.
- The prize will be paid directly to the winning Club and not to the entrant. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered to the entrant.
- Orders that are cancelled, refunded in full, charged back, or found to be fraudulent will not qualify for entry into the Draw. Where an order is partially refunded, the number of entries may be reduced proportionately at the Promoter's discretion.
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and the validity of entries and may disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms & Conditions or who acts in a manner deemed by the Promoter to be fraudulent, misleading or unfair.
- The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Draw where it becomes necessary to do so due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Any amendment will not materially disadvantage participants who have already entered.
- Personal data supplied in connection with the Draw will be processed solely for the administration of the Draw and in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy. Personal data will not be used for any other purpose unless the entrant has separately consented to such use.
- By participating in the Draw, entrants consent to the Promoter announcing the name of the winning Club and, where required by law, making winner information available upon request.
- The decision of the Promoter in relation to all matters concerning the Draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- By participating in the Draw, entrants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
- These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Ireland and any disputes arising in connection with the Draw shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
